At its second regular meeting held on Wednesday, Sept. 23, the Supervisory Board of Telekom Slovenije granted its consent to the Agreements on the early termination of terms of office and employment contracts, and to the removal of the President of the Management Board, the Vice-President of the Management Board and a member of the Management Board from their respective positions.

Accordingly, the terms of office of President of the Management Board Boštjan Košak, Vice-President of the Management Board Irma Gubanec and member of the Management Board Vesna Prodnik, will end on September 30.

The procedure of selecting and appointing the President of the Management Board of Telekom Slovenije was headed by the HR Committee of the Supervisory Board of Telekom Slovenije.

After conducting the selection process, the HR Committee proposed to the Supervisory Board of Telekom Slovenije that Cvetko Sršen, MSc be appointed as the President of the Management Board of Telekom Slovenije.

At its meeting, the Supervisory Board of Telekom Slovenije appointed Cvetko Sršen, MSc as the new President of the Management Board for a four-year term of office commencing on October 1, 2026.

In accordance with the mandatary system set out in the company's Articles of Association, the President of the Management Board proposed three new candidates to the Supervisory Board for appointment as members of the Management Board of Telekom Slovenije.

At the meeting, following the completion of the procedures conducted by the HR Committee of the Supervisory Board of Telekom Slovenije, the Supervisory Board, acting on the proposal of the President of the Management Board, appointed three new members of the Management Board of Telekom Slovenije, as follows:

Barbara Galičič Drakslar was appointed Management Board member responsible for finance and will begin a four-year term of office on October 1.

Janez Zidar was appointed Management Board member responsible for commercial affairs and will begin a four-year term of office on October 1.

Vesna Prodnik, MSc was appointed Management Board member responsible for technology and will begin a four-year term of office on October 1.

In accordance with the provisions of the Articles of Association and acting on the proposal of the President of the Management Board, Barbara Galičič Drakslar was also appointed Vice-President of the Management Board.

Workers' director Špela Fortin shall remain a member of the Management Board of Telekom Slovenije.
