CEECroatian Telecom agrees to buy Pro-Ping
Croatian Telecom, Croatia’s leading telecommunications provider, announces that it has signed a Share Purchase Agreement on acquisition of 100 percent share in the company PRO-PING d.o.o., a regional broadband provider. Closing of this transaction
is subject to regulatory approvals, and it is expected during 2026. Headquartered in Pitomača, PRO-PING was founded in 2010 and provides broadband services through its fibre and wireless networks, with a focus on rural areas. On 31 December 2025, PRO-PING served 17 thousand customers and had 17 employees. Revenues generated for the year 2025 amounted to EUR 3.5 million. RELATED
