CEEJOJ orders Slovak adaptation of The A Talks
Can’t Stop Media has secured two new international commissions for the acclaimed interview format The A Talks (a.k.a. The Assembly), with Keshet ordering an adaptation for Israel and JOJ for Slovakia.
JOJ is planning to shoot six to eight episodes of the series in March, with a premiere planned for later this year. Originally created by French prodcos Quad+TEN and Kiosco.TV, the format sees high-profile national figures from the worlds of politics, sports, and the arts sitting down for no-holds-barred interviews with a panel of autistic non-professional journalists. The Israeli and Slovak commissions bring the format’s total number of international adaptations to 13, and follow recent orders from such territories as Norway, Singapore, French Canada and the UK. This will be the second adaptation for the format in CEE which has also been renewed by TVN in Poland. RELATED
