Stanislav Zhytnytskyi, a soldier and line producer with STB and Novy, was killed in action, Starlight Media announces on Facebook.

Stanislav died this week while performing a combat mission.

Stanislav has been a Starlight Media employee since 2017, initially working with Novy and transferring to the Starlight Production team in 2019.

He was a senior administrator and line producer working on the projects such as The Revisor, Moment of Truth, Mum of the Week, and Supergrandma.

He enlisted in the Defense Forces with the start of the full-scale war. He was a junior sergeant of the Hetman Bohdan Khmelnytskyi presidential brigade.

"Our hearts go out to Stanislav's family, all his relatives and friends today. We will always remember our soldier, colleague, and friend," the post reads.

The date and place of Stanislav's funeral will be announced later.

According to the Institute of Mass Information, Stanislav Zhytnytskyi is the 89th media professional to die as a result of Russia's full-scale aggression.
