The joint television project of the Ukrainian media group 1+1 Media and Kvartal 95 has expanded its activities by creating a separate version of Kvartal TV. The Kvartal TV International broadcast was launched on the Astra 4A satellite (4.8° E) . There are two language tracks to choose from: Russian and Ukrainian.

Kvartal TV International is encrypted in the Verimatrix system from the moment of the initiation of the satellite broadcast. Kvartal TV was launched in 2016 and offers the most popular performances, films and series of Kvartal 95 as well as content purchased from Western producers. The schedule includes programs such as Evening Neighborhood, Laughter League, Evening Kyiv, Country U, as well as comedy series In-Laws, Servant of the People; etc.
